Apple/FBI Case Concluded

The Apple/FBI Case in relation to the San Berdino iPhone 5c that needs to be broken into, has officially concluded.

The FBI had enlisted the help from an Israeli mobile software developer as a 3rd party called “Cellebrite” of whom specialise in “mobile forensic solutions”, and they successfully managed to break into the iPhone 5c and get the data off the phone to help the FBI with the investigation.

This means that the court case no longer needs to go ahead, nor would Apple be requested to created a Government friendly version of iOS which is a win for consumers.

With this new revamped iPhone coming in 2017, Ming-Chi Kuo suggests that it will have a revamped iPhone design that is along the lines of the iPhone 4/4s Design, with an AMOLED Display and the Plus model will have a 5.8inch screen.

OS X 10.12 Wishlist

OS X 10.12 will be Apple’s next desktop operating system for the Mac desktop and laptop range of products that Apple sells.

It is expected like most previous years to be announced in June 2016 at Apple’s WorldWide Developer Conference (WWDC) held at the Moscone West venue in San Francisco, USA.

Out of self interest, I created a list of what features and changes I wanted to see in iOS 10 or very soon after that, and I have now asked myself the same question, as to what I want to see from OS X 10.12?

As it turns out, I’ve made a list of all of the things that in my opinion, need to be added or tweaked in OS X 10.12 or the coming years afterwards.

Since I started writing this blog post initially, my list is now at 202.
